Starter template — requires legal review before production use. These terms cover this marketing website and the early-access waitlist only. A separate service agreement, acceptable use policy and data processing addendum will be required before the Yesroll application accepts customer data.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the yesroll.com website. By using the site or submitting the waitlist form you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Yesroll has not launched

Yesroll is a product in development. The website describes intended functionality and planned pricing. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and no service is being supplied to you today.

3. Planned pricing is not a binding quote

The prices shown on the home page are our current launch intentions. They may change before launch. Where we state that waitlist members receive locked launch pricing for twelve months, that commitment takes effect only if and when Yesroll launches a paid plan, and only for the account created with the email address you registered.

4. The waitlist

Submitting your email adds you to a list we use to announce early access. It does not create an account, guarantee access, reserve capacity, or create any obligation on either side. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing privacy@yesroll.com. Your email is handled as described in the privacy notice.

5. Acceptable use of this site

You agree not to:

• submit an email address you do not control, or false contact details;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site;
• scrape or bulk-collect content except as permitted by our robots.txt;
• use the site to distribute unlawful, infringing or malicious material.

6. Intellectual property

The Yesroll name, logo, site design and copy are owned by us. Evite, Calendly, SignUpGenius and SurveyMonkey are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced on this site only for comparison and identification. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

7. Third-party pricing comparisons

Competitor prices shown on this site were the publicly advertised list prices we recorded in August 2026, with sources linked. Third-party pricing changes without notice and may differ by region, term and plan. Verify current pricing with the vendor before relying on it.

8. No warranty

This website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

Governing law and jurisdiction are to be confirmed on incorporation.
