Privacy notice
Last updated 15 August 2026
Starter template — requires legal review before production use. This notice describes the waitlist site only. It must be reviewed by a qualified adviser and expanded before the Yesroll application launches and begins processing guest data on behalf of customers.
Who we are
Yesroll operates this website. For any privacy matter, contact privacy@yesroll.com.
What this site collects
- Your email address, only if you submit it to the early-access waitlist form.
- A submission timestamp and a truncated, hashed form of your IP address, used solely to rate-limit and block automated abuse of that form.
- Standard server and edge logs generated by our hosting provider, which may include IP address, user agent, and requested URL.
This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party analytics, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts.
Why we process it, and on what basis
- To contact you about early access — on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form. You may withdraw it at any time.
- To keep the site available and prevent abuse — on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a functioning, non-spammed service.
We will not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or send you a newsletter you did not ask for.
Processors we use
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, edge delivery, DNS and bot protection. Traffic to this site passes through Cloudflare's network.
How long we keep it
Waitlist email addresses are kept until Yesroll launches and we have contacted you, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first — and in any case no longer than 24 months from submission. Abuse-prevention records are kept for 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email privacy@yesroll.com. We do not require you to create an account to make a request, and we will not charge you for it.
If you are in the UK or EEA you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
Our hosting provider operates a global network, so your data may be processed outside your country of residence.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect waitlist submissions from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting waitlist subscribers will be sent by email.
